Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of client acquisition, team management, and a deep understanding of sales strategies. The Sales Head will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team in generating new business opportunities and acquiring clients within the domestic market.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify and pursue high-potential leads, presenting solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Oversee the sales process, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends to senior management.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Continuously improve the sales process by identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record in client acquisition, preferably in the domestic market.
Strong understanding of the sales process, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
