Business Planning Manager

Some of the key responsibilities will include: Act as a trusted advisor to the WRB CFO, supporting strategic priorities and managing incoming requests Coordinate across global finance teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and key finance initiatives. Prepare executive-level presentations and papers for senior leadership forums, set agendas, drive meeting content, and ensure effective follow-ups for CFO-chaired meetings. Represent the CFO at internal forums, where designated, lead communication efforts across the global WRB Finance function. Support transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying and enhancing finance operations. To be eligible for this role you will require: MBA, CA, CFA, or ACCA with 12+ years of experience in financial services, with 5+ years in business planning, strategy, or financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic mindset with hands-on project management capability. Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities. Expertise in simplifying complex financial concepts for senior audiences Experience with senior-level coordination and planning, ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a global, matrixed environment.
