Business Operations Planning Manager

About the Client: One of the leading Semiconductor organization Responsibilities: Lead the development of the consensus forecast through data analysis and market research. Proactively identify and address potential forecast biases. Develop a comprehensive S&OP implementation plan that translates the consensus forecast into actionable steps for production, procurement, and inventory management. Communicate the plan effectively to all stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments. Develop and execute a dynamic Fab planning strategy that optimizes wafer allocation, production scheduling, and capacity utilization to meet evolving supply targets. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential bottlenecks. Actively participate in all phases of new product development, Lead cross functional collaboration to develop robust supply chain strategies that align with product roadmaps and accelerate time-to-market. Develop and implement a comprehensive mid- to long-term capacity plan aligned with the evolving demand forecast. Implement data-driven inventory optimization strategies to achieve a dynamic balance between demand, supply, and profitability. Develop and execute a comprehensive Built-to-Order and Build-to-Forecast strategy across fabs and back-end operations, aligned with organizational goals. Develop and implement a proactive product change notification management process to optimize cost efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Proactively identify and capitalize on market opportunities through strategic supply chain initiatives. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across all departments involved in the supply chain. Actively champion and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) through the implementation of groundbreaking ideas Implement cutting-edge technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and agility. Qualifications: Bachelors in Engineering. MBA or advanced degree is a plus Strong proficiency in MS office, Excel VBA and automation Experience: 6-8 years of supply chain management, procurement, production planning within the semiconductor industry. Proven experience with fabless semiconductor operations including working with foundries and OSAT providers. Strong understanding of ERP systems, with hands on experience using these tools for supply chain management and planning.
