We’re Hiring with PMC for a large-scale greenfield commercial project in Role: Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning Location: Navi Mumbai (Jui Nagar) Qualification: B.Arch + Post Graduation Experience: 6–8 years (preferably from IPCs) CTC: Up to ₹13 LPA + Bonus Key Responsibilities: * Manage planning activities for greenfield commercial projects (3+ lakh sq.ft) from concept to completion * Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, clients & project stakeholders * Prepare & track project schedules using MS Project * Conduct design & progress review meetings, prepare MoMs, and circulate updates * Prepare MIS, daily/weekly/monthly client reports * Collaborate with site teams for progress monitoring * Identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies If you have a strong background in project planning and design coordination within large commercial developments, we’d love to connect Apply now or share your CV at or WhatsApp on
