Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Compliance Manager
to ensure our organization operates in full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective compliance program, conducting audits, and training staff on regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  • Revise procedures, reports, and policies periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Draft, modify, and implement company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Legal, Operations) to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance across the organization
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or certifications such as CCEP, CRCM, or CAMS is a plus)
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Compliance Manager, Legal Counsel, or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, AML, depending on your industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of ethics and integrity
