We are looking for a seasoned Regulatory Compliance Manager. The role will focus on ensuring regulatory, legal, labelling, quality, and ESG compliance.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive regulatory strategy, manage submissions and approvals, ensure compliance with global labelling & barcoding standards, and support ESG/EPR obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies across multiple product categories and jurisdictions.
  • Manage domestic and international regulatory licenses, approvals, renewals, and documentation.
  • Oversee regulatory submissions and coordinate responses to authorities.
  • Ensure global labelling & packaging compliance including legal declarations, artwork approvals, warnings, and language requirements.
  • Act as GS1 barcoding expert for India and US, manage GTIN/UPC/EAN codes and traceability systems.
  • Support exportimport compliance including trade documentation, permits, classification, and SDS.
  • Work with QA and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with ISO, cGMP, and related standards.
  • Lead EPR & ESG regulatory reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor evolving regulations and manage change control to maintain compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, and due diligence processes.
