Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of sales processes and customer coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of sales information, reporting, and customer support functions.
Back Office Sales Responsibilities:
- Support the front-end sales team with order processing, quotation creation, and documentation.
- Handle client follow-ups, order status updates, and coordination.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents.
- Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments for smooth sales operations.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Time management and multitasking capabilities.
