About the Internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of legal issues
  • Draft legal documents, opinions including memos, contracts, and agreements
  • Assist in reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with legal requirements and best practices
  • Attending NCLT/NCLAT/High Court/ Supreme Court other courts proceedings and prepare relevant papers for such hearings.

Stipend will be paid during the internship period of 1 year commensurate with their knowledge, exposure and initiative.
