Location: Chennai (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Stipend: Paid Internship
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Chennai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on exposure to corporate and legal practices, including drafting, compliance, and research work, while working closely with our in-house legal team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and summarize agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Assist in compliance documentation and maintaining legal records.
- Support the team in litigation-related documentation and filings.
- Stay updated on applicable laws, rules, and amendments relevant to the business.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
Requirements
- Pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB (3rd year onwards preferred).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance.
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite at our Chennai office.
