Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Intern to support our legal, compliance, and operations functions. You'll gain valuable exposure to startup governance, SaaS contracts, and the evolving AI regulatory landscape.

This is a
paid internship
with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities


• Maintain and organize corporate records and contracts.


• Support review and management of NDAs, vendor/customer agreements.


• Research compliance and regulatory updates (AI, SaaS, data privacy).


• Assist with privacy/security compliance (SOC 2 preparation, policies).


• Prepare due diligence materials for investors.


• Collaborate with founders and external counsel.

Qualifications


• Current student or recent graduate in law, paralegal studies, business, or related field.


• Strong organizational and research skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication.


• Interest in technology, SaaS, or AI.


• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
