Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Edutech team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and creating new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions effectively to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets through effective strategies and execution.
- Identify and develop new business prospects while nurturing existing client relationships to drive growth.
- Engage in and manage intricate discussions with senior executives to secure favorable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Utilize industry best practices and proven sales techniques to enhance performance and close deals efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA/BBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers/1-2 years of experience in sales or a relevant field; Must have experience in the Edutech industry.
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently in both written and spoken forms, ensuring messages are understood across diverse audiences.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing schedules and achieve goals efficiently.
- Capable of performing autonomously with minimal supervision while also thriving in team environments to accomplish shared objectives.
- Driven by a strong internal desire to succeed, consistently setting and achieving ambitious targets through proactive efforts.
Working Hours:
Shift: Night Shift to align with US business hours.
Preference for Edutech field experienced candidates/Freshers/Sales experience
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
