Role & responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies for both campuses.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant authorities.
  • Implement and monitor child-safety protocols, including CCTV surveillance, visitor management, and restricted zones.
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to maintain high safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in security management, preferably in educational or institutional settings.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and respond effectively to security incidents.
  • Ex Defence / Ex Army Personnel with experience of maintaining / managing a disciplined workforce .
  • Maturity to deal with crisis management , take timely and stern action where necessarry.
  • Keen eye for detail, ability to move seamlessly across assigned regions to oversee regular security arrangement to ensure safety of all parties concerned.
  • Keen eye for maintaining documentation.
  • Bangalore based candidates only as applicants must be conversant in Kannada and ability to interact with local law enforcement etc.
