Must have worked with Consumer clients , like , Voltas, LG samsung .

Must have handle client handling .

  • End to end recruitment
  • Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles.
  • Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
