We're looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
  • Pitch our digital marketing and IT services to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and create customized proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a database of leads, clients, and opportunities in CRM tools.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (agency experience preferred).
  • Ability to handle client objections and close deals.
  • Good command of English and Hindi.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
