This mid-level role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the company's processes and goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Implementation: Implementing strategies defined by senior leadership to improve operational processes and achieve business objectives.
  • Daily Operations Management: Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and developing operational teams to foster a productive and high-performing work environment.
  • Project Oversight: Coordinating resources and overseeing the successful implementation of projects from start to finish.
  • Budget Management: Assisting in preparing and managing operational budgets and controlling expenditures.

Essential Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Educational Sector/Academic Counseling
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and implementing effective operational strategies.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude to analyze data, identify issues, and devise solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software, monitoring tools, and MS Office.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's products, services, and operational procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
