Regional IT Operations Lead Hyderabad Region

Location:

Hyderabad (with periodic travel across AINU facilities in the region)

Reporting To:

National IT Head

Role Summary

Responsible for day-to-day IT operations for hospital environments in the Hyderabad region, including HIS/clinical systems support, infra/network management, user support, and ensuring compliance with ITGC, NABH, and ISO standards. The role focuses on stability, uptime, and compliance while driving improvements in service delivery and vendor governance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

  • Ensure smooth functioning of HIS/EMR, billing, PACS/RIS, LIS, QMS, and allied applications.
  • Monitor daily incidents, missed punches, and escalations; ensure SLAs are met.
  • Run IT Helpdesk operations, track KPIs (MTTR, FTR, backlog).

Infrastructure & Networks

  • Maintain firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VLAN segmentation, VPNs, and internet links.
  • Oversee data center/server rooms, UPS, CCTV, PACS network, voice/SIP lines.
  • Conduct regular preventive checks and capacity planning.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure readiness for ISO 27001, ITGC, NABH audits.
  • Maintain audit evidence (backups, access logs, DR drills).
  • Close audit findings within agreed timelines.
