Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end business analysis for ServiceNow projects, with a focus on modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with global business units.

• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.

• Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.

• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.

Required Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow platforms.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.

• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNows Agile Development module.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Desired Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-BA, CIS-CSM).

• Experience in global or multi-region ServiceNow deployments.

• Familiarity with ITIL and process improvement methodologies.
