Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer Lead to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2-3 members and overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM platform

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of the ITSM platform with existing tools, systems, and processes

  • Configure and customize workflows, forms, fields, notifications, and automation within the ServiceNow platform

  • Analyze and assess current ITSM processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

  • Develop and implement best-practice ITIL processes within the ServiceNow ITSM framework

  • Define and maintain incident, problem, change, and request management processes and workflows

  • Ensure timely and effective handling of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests, adhering to defined SLAs and OLAs

  • Design and manage the service catalog, defining service offerings and service request workflows

  • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor ITSM performance, key metrics, and KPIs

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of ITSM initiatives with business needs

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS, REST API, SOAP, and integration techniques

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog)

  • Knowledge of ITIL v3/ITSM best practices

  • Experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development

  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certification (CAD, CSA, or higher)

  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation projects

  • Experience with IT service management tools and technologies
