ServiceNow Lead – Data Management Program

Role Overview:
The ServiceNow Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing
ServiceNow workflows and integrations that support a centralized data management
initiative. This role will ensure seamless ticket intake, incident and change management, and
automation of service processes across ETL (Informatica), reporting (Tableau, Power BI),
and DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Ownership & Configuration
- Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules including
- Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
- Design and implement workflows for ticket intake and enhancement requests aligned with Agile methodology.
Integration & Automation
- Integrate ServiceNow with Jira, DevOps tools, and data platforms (Informatica, Tableau, Power BI).
- Automate code promotion and deployment workflows in collaboration with DevOps and technical teams.
Process Design & Governance
- Define and document ServiceNow processes for data engineering, reporting, and support teams.
- Establish SLAs, escalation paths, and approval workflows for data-related service requests.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Architects, Technical Leads, QA, and BU PoCs to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements and train users on ServiceNow usage and best practices.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports to track ticket volumes, SLA adherence, and service performance.
- Provide insights to leadership on process efficiency and areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL processes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, and data platforms.
- Familiarity with data management workflows involving Informatica, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflow design, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
- Experience in data governance or centralized data platform initiatives.
- Exposure to AI Ops or automation frameworks within ServiceNow.
