Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-the-field training to newly joined Sales Officers, Sales Managers, and Regional Sales Managers, covering essential skills like effective selling techniques, team management, scheme explanations, negotiation strategies, deal closures, CRM software usage (order entry, customized schemes, tracking delivery, etc.), and reward attainment.
  • Support the low performers through various training
  • Partner with underperforming existing sales teams to identify gaps, implement improvement plans, and track progress toward performance targets.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align with business goals, fostering a high-energy, results-oriented culture.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously refining programs for maximum impact.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a sales trainer in a fast-paced sales environment, with proven success in field-based coaching and performance turnaround.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and motivational techniques to inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel for field training (up to 50%).
