Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver sales training programs and refreshers.

  • Coach team members on communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve results.

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.

  • Maintain training materials and track training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a sales leadership role.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
