Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Oversight: Supervise day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, employee relations, payroll management, statutory compliance, and performance management. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire recruitment lifecyclejob posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Collaborate with department leadership to identify staffing needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
- Talent Retention and Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee retention and engagement programs. Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and one-on-one discussions to monitor satisfaction and improve employee experience. Create career progression frameworks that enable professional growth and strengthen retention.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to align HR objectives with organizational goals. Anticipate HR needs for expansion and implement proactive measures for workforce readiness. Lead cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
- Performance Management: Oversee the appraisal process to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with company objectives. Identify performance gaps and implement training and development programs where required.
- Training and Development: Coordinate professional development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities. Identify suitable internal and external training resources and measure training effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, attrition, and engagement reports to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of overall HR experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment and employee retention initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR operations in dynamic environments.
