Drive HR strategies that directly contribute to business growth and workforce efficiency including performance management, compliance, employee engagement, training, digital transformation & talent acquisition
Build a high-performance culture of continuous improvement through performance metrics and workforce analytics, optimize HR processes, and enhance employee experience to improve productivity, retention, and overall business impact
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances etc.
Identify talent needs, develop structured recruitment processes, including SOPs and escalation frameworks, while maintaining cost efficiency.
Implement timely and data-driven performance appraisals, linking outcomes to business success
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual and team performance.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment Act)
Proactively manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
To implement employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, HR correspondence, and implement effective retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction.
Leverage HRMIS and automation tools to streamline HR processes and reporting.
Design initiatives to enhance employee motivation, recognition, and well-being; Drive social and cultural activities that align with company values and improve workplace morale.
Foster a high-performance, values-driven organizational culture.
Maintain structured reporting for HR metrics and business impact, including dashboards, MIS,
workforce analytics, compliance status, attrition trends, and HR initiatives.
Develop data-driven insights to support leadership in decision-making on talent management and organizational development.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
Expertise in HR functions, compliance, and workforce planning in a manufacturing setup.
Excellent verbal & written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
