Responsibilities:
*Initiate calls to prospective students to provide information about university programs, admissions processes, and financial aid options.
*Handle incoming inquiries from potential students and provide detailed information.
*Maintain follow-up communication with prospective students to answer their questions and encourage them to apply.
*Update and manage contact information and call records in the university's.
*Gather feedback from prospective students to help improve the university's outreach strategies.
*Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with the university's goals.
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree preferred.
*Freshers with good communication skill can come for interview directly to the below address.
*Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
*Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
*Capacity to handle rejection and continue making calls with a positive attitude
Candidate can WALK-IN for the position from to in between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please come along with your updated CV and proof of qualification.
