Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and schedule meeting for IT products/services.
  • Research, identify and qualify leads through telecalling/ telesales and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and explain company solutions effectively.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in telesales/ telecalling, preferably in digital marketing, IT and service-based industries.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Preferrable good English communication.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital solutions or IT services will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
