Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gandhinagar for Freshers who have good English communication skills and are eager to build a career in Sales & Marketing / Lead Generation.
The role involves:
Generating leads through LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, Cold Calling and Online Research.
Handling initial outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining prospect data.
Assisting in digital marketing campaigns, content drafting, and client communication.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
Learning modern B2B sales tools and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects in English, focusing on decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Heads, Operations Managers).
• Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, budget, and purchase timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of call activity, lead status, and next steps in our CRM tool (e.g., Clickup, Zoho).
• Schedule appointments and demos for the internal sales team.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for calls made, qualified leads generated, and conversion rates.
• Provide nightly shift handover reports summarizing lead quality, pipeline status, and challenges.
Qualifications
Strong English Communication: Good command over reading, writing, and verbal English.
Sales & Marketing Interest: Eagerness to learn lead generation, digital marketing, and outreach.
Research Skills: Ability to find and filter potential clients using online tools.
Tech/Marketing Awareness: Basic knowledge of IT, web, or digital marketing services is a plus.
Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and follow processes.
Beneficial Skills:
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Email Tools or CRM will be an added advantage.
