Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving targets, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects through email or phone calls.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in [Language(s)].
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and telecommunication systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.
