Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy HR Recruiter who can drive aggressive campus and bulk hiring for Sales roles in a fast-growing real estate organisation. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career recruiters who thrive in a target-driven environment and are eager to build a career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute bulk and aggressive hiring for Sales roles
  • Manage campus placements, job fairs, walk-ins, and fresher drives
  • Coordinate with college placement cells and training institutes
  • Screen large volumes of resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with Sales leadership
  • Drive weekly and monthly hiring targets
  • Ensure quick offer rollouts, joining, and onboarding closure
  • Maintain daily hiring trackers, MIS, and campus hiring reports
  • Build a continuous pipeline of fresher and junior sales talent

Target-Driven Expectations:

  • Achieve defined joining and closure targets
  • Maintain high conversion ratios from offer to joining
  • Support rapid ramp-up of sales teams across projects

Required Skills & Mindset:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • High stamina and ability to work in a pressure-driven environment
  • Smart follow-ups and candidate engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel for campus drives and hiring events
  • Energetic, proactive, and execution-focused attitude

Eligibility Criteria:

  • MBA / PGDM / Graduate (HR preferred)
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of recruitment / sales hiring experience
  • Exposure to sales hiring, real estate, BFSI, or bulk hiring is an advantage
