We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team at Welldone Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products through cold calls, client meetings, and product presentations.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

  • Identify potential clients and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

  • Provide regular updates on performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to management.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure consistent follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher.

  • 0–1 year of experience in sales or marketing (freshers are welcome to apply).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to achieve targets effectively.

  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools for reporting and lead management.

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-hand)

Work Type: Full-time, On-site(Pune)
