*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and candidate to fill the position of Executive Assistant & Business Development Executive for our co-working space, virtual office, and conference hall rental services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be physically presentable, and have the ability to work independently.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Prepare quotations and handle individual client inquiries for co-working space, virtual office, and conference hall rental services

  • Manage office administration tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Provide executive assistance to the owner, including handling correspondence and confidential matters

  • Serve as a personal secretary to the owner, handling personal and professional tasks as needed

  • Drive the scooter for official purposes

  • Maintain office records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Manage co-working space operations, including member onboarding and support

  • Coordinate events and workshops in the co-working space

  • Create and manage agreements between clients and the organization using MS Office

  • Business development activities to increase membership sales and revenue growth

  • Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely renewal of membership

  • Collect service charges and provide excellent customer service

  • Support digital marketing team in promoting our services

*Requirements:*

  • Female candidate only

  • Age: 25-35 years

  • Physically good appearance and clarity in communication

  • Excellent command of English and local language

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to create agreements and other documents

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience as an executive assistant or personal secretary preferred

  • Ability to drive a scooter

  • Willingness to work from 9 am to 7 pm

  • Candidate from Kerala preferred, but not mandatory

*What We Offer:*
