Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (FEMALE CANDIDATED ONLY) to join our finance team. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Verify and record invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle petty cash and manage daily cash flow.
  • Assist with audits and preparation of audit reports.
  • Provide financial support to management by preparing detailed reports and analyses.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure that data is organized and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a finance-related role (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of tax regulations and accounting procedures.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP9 (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
