Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and dynamic Personal Assistant (Female) to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle meetings, travel, and public interactions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and business events as required.
- Coordinate travel plans and visit multiple company locations when needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Manage appointments, emails, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Represent the company in professional gatherings with confidence and grace.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
- Confident personality with no stage fear and good presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to various company locations as part of work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
