Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them on the benefits of the One Health Member Plan, and achieving sales targets. You will also be required to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide post-sale support, and gather market feedback. Daily tasks include cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and attending networking events.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain healthcare services and products
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in field sales is an advantage
