What You'll Do

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form content (videos, posts, stories).
  • Write sharp, engaging captions and copy aligned with campaign voice.
  • Maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Influencer Outreach & Management

  • Identify and connect with relevant influencers.
  • Negotiate collaborations, manage deliverables, and track outcomes.

Campaign Execution

  • Support end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor real-time trends and leverage them for creative opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).
  • Share insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (design, video, strategy, content) to bring campaigns to life.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form content work.
  • Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, After Effects – bonus).
  • Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration.
  • Excellent copywriting skills (English; Hindi or regional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
