Role Overview:

The Operations Executive (Post Sales) is responsible for handling end-to-end operations once a booking is confirmed. The role includes coordinating with vendors, managing destination costings, arranging flights and visas, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage confirmed bookings with hotels, DMCs, and transport vendors.
  • Calculate destination costing and maintain service quality.
  • Use hotel and DMC portals for availability, rates, and confirmations.
  • Handle flight bookings via portals like MMT, Goibibo, Cleartrip, TravClan, etc.
  • Prepare and verify visa checklists and documentation as per destination (Singapore, Vietnam, Dubai, etc.).
  • Coordinate with visa agents and track application progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong destination knowledge and vendor management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with hotel and flight booking portals.
  • Understanding of visa processes and travel documentation.
  • Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality.
  • 1–3 years' experience in a travel operations or post-sales role preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
