Job ProfileWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell banking products such as loans.
  • Identify potential customers through market research, cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist customers with logins and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and post-sale support.
  • Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with all KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events to enhance product reach.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure proper documentation practices
  • Manage follow-ups and reminders for meetings, deadlines, and important tasks

Qualification and skills

  • 13 years of experience in sales (preferably in banking, financial services, or insurance).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of banking products and customer service principles.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
