Viva Composite Panel is Hiring for Sales Executive.
Job Title: Sales Executive Building Material Industry
Location: Latur & Beed
Industry: Building Material (ACP, Laminates, Ply, Wood, Glass, Window, Doors, Paint etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and business growth in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Dealers, and Project Consultants.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks to maximize market penetration.
- Identify and convert new project opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, payments, and timely deliveries.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product trends.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional and marketing activities in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Building Material / Construction / Interior Product Sales.
- Must have strong knowledge and network in the Latur & Beed market.
- Experience in dealing with Architects, Project Sales, and Channel Partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for market travel.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Qualification: Graduate
