Role Summary:

The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers, while also managing and supervising the kitchen staff. This role requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibility:

1. Menu development: The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers, while also managing and supervising the kitchen staff. This role requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

2. Food Preparation:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

3. Team Leadership:

Manage, supervise, and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

4. Kitchen Operations:

Oversee kitchen setup, ingredient preparation, and workflow to ensure efficient and timely service.

5. Food Safety and Hygiene:

Enforce food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

6. Inventory Management:

Monitor food stock, place orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

7. Innovation: Create and innovate new dishes as well as improvise the existing dishes.

Experience: 10 to 12 years in a similar set-up.

Reporting Relationship: Directly reports to the Outlet Manager or the owner of restaurant.

(Candidates having experience in Maharashtrian cuisine, Kohli and Agri Cuisine, Malvani cuisine would be a bonus).
