Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at our luxury resort, located in Bhopal. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and a seamless dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, supervising food and beverage services, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. Additional duties will involve training and hiring staff, addressing customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain high standards and ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent management and leadership abilities, with experience in Hiring and training restaurant staff.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and interact with guests.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage services, including quality control and menu planning.
- Proven ability to handle operations efficiently and resolve concerns promptly while under pressure.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Salary starts from 30k. Depends on work experience.
