Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and work area
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer orders accurately
  • Assist in managing stock, supplies, and ingredients
  • Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage preparation
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and presentation
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Prior experience as a barista preferred

Work Environment

  • Cafés, restaurants, coffee shops, or hotels
  • Shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
