Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests in a polite and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders and serve items accurately
  • Set up and clear tables before and after service
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
  • Assist senior staff such as captains and managers
  • Handle basic guest requests and queries
  • Support smooth service operations during busy hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork and positive attitude
  • Prior experience as a steward or trainee preferred

Work Environment

Job Type: Full-time
