Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day co-lending operations with NBFC partners, ensuring accurate and timely execution of disbursements, collections, reconciliations, and cash/ bank management
  • Ensure operational processes of NBFCs are aligned with the NKFLs credit policy, regulatory guidelines, and internal risk frameworks.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI co-lending guidelines and maintain up-to-date knowledge of any policy changes.
  • Liaise with NBFC partners to monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely sharing of MIS, data, and documentation.
  • Review and validate co-lending agreements, SOPs, and SLAs to ensure legal and procedural safeguards for NKFL.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Finance) for smooth execution and governance.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable workflows across co-lending partnerships.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to co-lending operations to identify trends, performance metrics and areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and partner compliance to senior management.
  • Support audits, due diligence, and periodic reviews by internal and external stakeholders

Qualification details:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred).

Experience details:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in NBFC/banking operations, preferably in co-lending, lending partnerships, or wholesale lending

Other Criteria:

  • Maximum age limit is 30 years at the time of application
  • Strong understanding of the co-lending model, regulatory framework (including RBI norms), and operational requirements.
  • Proficient in using Excel, MIS tools, and loan management systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
