About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Hiring Manager to lead mid to senior-level hiring across the dynamic oil & gas sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruitment professional to manage complex assignments and deliver strategic talent solutions to high-profile clients.

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or HR background preferred)
  • 10+ years of proven recruitment experience, especially in oil & gas / engineering domains
  • Expertise in mid to senior-level hiring
  • Experience managing client relationships, understanding technical job briefs, and closing high-impact roles
  • Strong candidate sourcing networks and use of advanced search tools
  • Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment – from JD understanding to offer closure
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
What You'll Do:
  • Drive strategic recruitment initiatives for key clients
  • Build strong pipelines for challenging roles in India and overseas
  • Lead a team of recruiters and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Engage with clients, understand requirements, and act as a hiring consultant
  • Take ownership of results – placements, closures, and client satisfaction
