We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Professional to support our senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring for Oil & Gas, EPC, and Engineering roles.
- This includes coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and following up with clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment/HR experience, excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior recruiters in the full lifecycle of hiring for key industry sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Contribute to overseas recruitment projects, leveraging strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment/HR experience (agency or consultancy preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
