Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to 60,000 per month

About the Role: We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead and oversee a government survey project focused on slum areas in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating field operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving project efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and manage teams involved in the survey project.

Monitor daily activities, ensure smooth execution of tasks, and resolve operational challenges.

Prepare, review, and submit accurate project reports on time.

Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with project guidelines.

Maintain effective communication and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations/project management, preferably in government or social survey projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.

Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Based in Mumbai.

Compensation:

Salary up to 60,000 per month (based on experience and suitability).
