About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements and reports, performing bank reconciliations, assisting in audits, and supporting compliance and reporting functions. We are looking for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, analytical skills, and business acumen, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and compile accurate financial statements and reports.

Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in ledger scrutiny. Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns. Support internal audits, tax audits, and statutory audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Create ad-hoc financial and management reports as required. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections. Stay updated with accounting regulations and tax laws relevant to the role.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (B.Com mandatory; M.Com/Semi-qualified CA preferred).1–3 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, or auditing. Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and regulatory reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Working knowledge of Tally Prime; familiarity with ERP or accounting software will be a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
