Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategy Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing strategy lead to oversee and manage our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, technical expertise, and project management.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans that drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client goals from the account manager and create actionable project plans and marketing roadmaps.
  • Allocate tasks across digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, content creation, and technical optimization.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver all client-facing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Serve as the main operational point of contact between account managers and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and represent the team on client calls.
  • Enforce adherence to SOPs in all processes and deliverables.
  • Identify project-level risks or issues early and escalate them to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and technical optimization.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
