About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented
Senior Executive - Digital Marketing
to drive customer acquisition and optimize digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and data analysis, with hands-on experience in managing high-budget campaigns for D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Plan, execute, and optimize
Google Ads
campaigns, managing budgets of
INR 10 Lakhs or more
to achieve maximum ROI.

●      Strategize and run
Meta Ads
campaigns with budgets exceeding
INR 10 Lakhs
, ensuring creative excellence and performance.

●      Drive
SEO initiatives
in line with current trends and updates, delivering measurable results in organic traffic growth.

●      Implement
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and enhance user experience.

●      Develop and execute lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the marketing funnel.

●      Create, manage, and analyze data using
Excel and Google Sheets
, delivering key reports and insights.

●      Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality visual and video assets for Meta Ads campaigns.

●      Stay agile in a
fast-paced, growth-driven environment
, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

●      
3-4 years
of experience managing customer acquisition for brands via digital marketing channels.

●      Proven expertise in running high-budget campaigns on
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
(minimum budget of INR 10 Lakhs each).

●      Strong knowledge of
SEO
strategies with demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic.

●      Experience in
CRO
and lead nurturing techniques.

●      Proficiency in
data analysis
, with advanced skills in
Excel
and
Google Sheets
.

●      Hands-on experience with
digital marketing tools
such as
Google Analytics
,
Search Console
, and
Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar
.

●      A keen eye for creative design and video content to elevate campaign effectiveness.

●      Prior experience working with a
D2C brand
is mandatory. Experience in the
healthcare sector
is a strong advantage.
