About the Digital Marketing Manager Role

We're looking for a strong
Digital Marketing Manager
who can take over execution, coordination, and internal task management, allowing us to
scale faster together
.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing operations (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Content).
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Plan and manage client campaigns end-to-end.
  • Create performance reports (leads, ROI, campaign success).
  • Keep our marketing calendar and internal systems on track.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content, and analytics.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who takes ownership, not just tasks.
  • Good communication and client-handling ability.

Compensation Model (Transparent & Growth-Focused):

  • Fixed Retainer:
    ₹10,000 per month.
  • Profit-Sharing:
    H
    ere's the exciting part — you get 10% of everything we earn. The more we grow together, the more you earn.
  • Future Growth:
    As the agency scales, this role can evolve into a
    senior leadership position with higher fixed salary + bonuses
    .

Note:
This is a work-from-office role. Candidates must be able to commute to the specified location daily. Only those residing in Delhi should apply.
