Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support the manager in overseeing assigned client accounts by coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with services provided.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
